Brett was diagnosed with acute myelogenous leukemia in August of this year, one of the most aggressive and lethal types of this disease.   To keep the leukemia in remission, a bone marrow transplant is necessary.  The linked document was prepared 11/10 (text by John, Brett's brother-in-law and I structured the document with pictures, etc.).  Links have been removed as they are not relevant, or outdated.  This document was posted at many locations.
